When a criminal defense lawyer is subpoenaed, cited for contempt, or threatened with disqualification, the NACDL Lawyers’ Assistance Strike Force reviews the case. Led by co-chairs Susan VanDusen, Howard Srebnick, and Martin Weinberg, the group also allows members of the society to connect with circuit coordinators for representation or advice.
