A graduate of the Charleston School of Law, Stephen Krzyston served as an assistant public defender for Richland County, South Carolina, from 2012 to 2019. To remain up to date with the latest developments in his chosen field, Stephen Krzyston is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, among other professional groups.

The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) has been promoting and supporting criminal defense practice for more than 60 years. To further the education of its membership base and the legal community at large, NACDL presents a range of internet training and online webinars.

A prime example of NACDL’s webinars is “Cyber Vice: An Insight Into the World of Child Pornography Prosecution & Defense.” Presented by widely respected criminal defense leader and prosecutor David Seltzer, this webinar takes participants through every stage of the child pornography prosecution process.
Many of NACDL's online training programs exist in the form of multi-episode web series. The 10-episode “Forensic Science in Criminal Law,” for example, offers a comprehensive examination of forensic science's involvement in a broad range of criminal cases.
